With more than 25 years of professional sales management and marketing management experience, Jim Blair has helped corporations from California to Virginia double their sales, increase their profits and ultimately become successful industry leaders. 

Blair began a career consulting firm in 1998 to help people move into higher paying, more satisfying careers in the San Francisco Bay area.  He brought his unique philosophy and experience to the Shenandoah Valley in 1999 and began his own business in 2004.  Blair & Associates currently coaches organizations from construction to bookkeeping to local city governments.
